The Content Enhancement Engine enables the automatic cataloging and categorization of content. In addition, metadata is automatically created by means of a growing Knowledge Base that is unique to the enterprise and is updated and maintained by the system.
A semantic query engine is layered on top of the Content Enhancement Engine, allowing for the quick retrieval of content. The engine uses the Knowledge Base to associate relevant pieces of content, and provide enhanced results for queries. |
