| Comment | Smart tags make it easier to get information without making your workspace more cluttered. They are, hands down, my favorite Office XP feature. The smart tag appears as a little icon when you hover over a tagged item (notice the purple dotted underline?) Once you activate the smart tag, a pop-up menu appears with a list of actions appropriate for that item type. In this case, the address can be added to a contact record, or we can get a map or driving directions |
