In addition to the established process modeling notations EPC and CSA, Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) bridges the gap to developers of service-oriented architectures (SOA). It contains specific elements describing the orchestration of web-services. SemTalk is based on the recommended Visio Shapes for BPMN, allows to edit all required parameters in a comfortable way and ensures their correct application.

BPMN is mapped according to the specification onto Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), which is being executed by BizTalk , SAP Netweaver, IBM Websphere and others.
